Svartesjö Gård (Farm) is located in Skåne, the southern part of Sweden. The farm is over 200 acres and close to Häckeberga Castle, famous for it´s large Crown Deer. The Castle´s nature reserve is adjacent to the farm. The beautiful landscape and nature gives Svartesjö a perfect setting for raising and training top Sport Horses. Skåne is famous for its breeding and the Swedish national Stud is just 30 minutes away in Flyinge.
We are minutes away from the Falsterbo Horseshow, Malmö - Sweden, Copenhagen - Denmark and their international airports. With the new bridge between Sweden and Denmark we can be in the Holstein breeding area in under four hours. Flights from Paris, Holland, Germany and Belgium are frequent and easy to co-ordinate with your travel plans. Our central location allows us to see a large number of horses and breeding farms as well as following their horses and programs.
